ASAPP is hiring a Senior Speech Software Engineer to build and operate the infrastructure and applied speech intelligence behind its real-time voice AI platform. The role combines ASR and TTS model optimization, low-latency streaming systems, media handling, quality evaluation, observability, and productionization with speech scientists, researchers, security, compliance, and product teams. Candidates need at least five years of distributed-systems experience, strong Golang or Python skills, applied speech-systems knowledge, and familiarity with speech quality metrics and audio fundamentals.
