CareOne at New Bedford is hiring a Speech Language Pathologist to provide and direct rehabilitation care for residents across multiple facilities, including long-term care, short-term rehab, and skilled nursing settings. The role involves evaluating residents, developing treatment plans, coordinating with staff and other disciplines, documenting care, maintaining billing records, participating in training, and traveling to other facilities. The position offers full-time and part-time shifts, pays $40.00 to $57.00, and requires a master's degree in speech therapy and an active Massachusetts Speech Language Pathology license; experience with older adult rehabilitation and knowledge of governmental and regulatory healthcare guidelines are preferred.
