FeldCare Connects is hiring an independent-contractor Speech Therapist for home health in Chula Vista. The role assesses and treats speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive impairments; develops and executes treatment plans; monitors patient progress; instructs patients and families; documents visits; and recommends changes to therapy based on physician referrals. Applicants must hold a state Speech Therapist license and registration, complete an accredited Speech Therapist program, and have a Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association; bilingual ability is a plus. The position offers schedule flexibility, administrative support, and the ability to write off expenses.
