Description
Crossroads Home Health & Hospice is hiring a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide per diem home-health therapy to adults in Vallejo and nearby communities. The role evaluates speech, language, cognition, and swallowing; sets functional goals; delivers therapy; recommends communication devices; teaches patients and caregivers; coordinates with physicians and interdisciplinary teams; documents care; and participates in quality and peer-review activities. Candidates need a master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, a current California license, ASHA CCC-SLP qualification or equivalent experience, at least one year of clinical SLP experience, CPR certification, and a valid driver's license with a reliable vehicle and auto insurance.
