Description
The Speech-Language Pathologist evaluates and treats adults and children with complex communication disorders, voice and swallowing impairments, and neurological defects; administers diagnostic tests, advises physicians and caregivers, and collaborates on treatment plans. The role also supervises entry-level staff, trains junior therapists, consults on interdisciplinary teams, develops department policies, ensures regulatory compliance, and supports community programs.
