Packers Staffing is hiring a full-time or per-diem Speech Therapist SLP to provide speech-language pathology services across two skilled nursing/rehabilitation facilities in Kenosha. The role involves evaluating residents, developing treatment plans, delivering therapy, training patients/families/staff, completing CMS-compliant documentation in NetHealth EMR, and supporting FEES/MBS protocols and screening processes. Candidates must hold a master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology, an active state SLP license, and CCC certification, with ongoing continuing education required.
