Harmony West Des Moines is hiring a Speech Therapist (SLP) to design and deliver individualized speech, language, communication, and swallowing therapy programs for patients and residents. The role includes counseling, prevention and wellness strategies, screenings and diagnoses, direct treatment, and collaboration with residents and staff on care plans.
