Description
Amazon is hiring a Speed Programs Manager for an 18-month fixed-term contract to own end-to-end capacity planning for High Volume Events across the EU5 Same Day network. The role builds station-level capacity models, identifies mechanical, OTR, and UTR gaps, coordinates with operations, last-mile, middle-mile, and technology teams, establishes governance and readiness reviews, and produces data-driven recommendations and post-event retrospectives. The position requires capacity planning knowledge, program or project management experience, advanced Microsoft Excel skills, a bachelor's degree, and fluent English at C1 level or above; SQL experience is preferred.
