Description
Standex International’s Spincraft business is hiring a Spinner to operate and monitor CNC and hand spin lathes for manufacturing metal components. The role involves interpreting work orders and blueprints, selecting and aligning tooling, cutting and trimming parts, applying torch heat, measuring finished dimensions, maintaining equipment, documenting production and quality information, following safety and lean/6S practices, and supporting continuous improvement. The position works 7:00 AM–3:30 PM and requires a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of related experience or training, physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods, and comfort working around noise, heat, and dust.
