Description
The Splunk Engineer will design, develop, administer, and optimize Splunk dashboards, reports, alerts, forwarders, integrations, and custom scripts. The role involves collaborating with business stakeholders, Product Owners, and Business Analysts; estimating and planning technical work; participating in Agile/Scrum ceremonies; conducting peer reviews; maintaining documentation; and mentoring team members on Splunk best practices. Applicants need at least four years of hands-on Splunk experience, strong Splunk administration and dashboard development skills, proficiency in Python, PowerShell, Regex, SQL, data analysis, troubleshooting, and performance optimization. A Splunk Certified Power User certification is mandatory, while Splunk Certified Admin and US healthcare-domain experience are preferred.
