Description
The Splunk SOAR Administrator will provide engineering, operations, and technical support for SIEM and SOAR platforms supporting threat detection, compliance, and security incident management for the Office of Naval Intelligence's Hopper Global Communications Center. Responsibilities include designing and maintaining EAC backend architecture, administering Splunk SOAR, developing automated playbooks, integrating security systems, managing clustering and indexing performance, applying security baselines, maintaining playbook governance, and supporting secure audit record transmission. The role requires a relevant bachelor's or master's degree, an active TS/SCI clearance, IAT Level III certification, extensive CND and Splunk experience, and may require travel between designated locations.
