Description
The Sponsored Programs Manager will oversee the review and approval of externally funded sponsored grant and contract proposals and a subset of post-award monitoring and reporting activities for a portfolio of Harvard Kennedy School research centers. The role coordinates compliance, risk management, audits, reporting, training, and communication among faculty, research centers, and Harvard’s research and administrative offices, while reporting to an Associate Director. It requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least five years of relevant research administration experience, and advanced knowledge of sponsored research regulations; the position is based on campus in Cambridge, Massachusetts, with at least two days per week required on campus.
