Startec Compression & Process is hiring a Spooling Supervisor to lead the spooling team in its Shepard Shop in Calgary. The role assigns work, reviews isometrics, P&IDs, GAs, redlines, and fabrication drawings, coordinates with production, quality control, safety, shipping, and other shop supervisors, tracks progress, resolves shop issues, and supports safety, shift handovers, and apprentice coaching. Candidates need a journeyperson certificate in pipefitting, welding, or a related trade, at least five years of spooling, pipe fabrication, or shop production experience, and experience supervising a spooling or fabrication team.
