The role leads architectural and integrated design projects from conception through construction documents and construction administration, collaborates with clients and project managers, guides design teams, reviews cost estimates, and mentors staff. Candidates need at least 10 years of professional experience, including experience in collegiate or major professional sports venues, an accredited architecture degree, proficiency with Revit, Rhino, Grasshopper, and rendering software, and knowledge of technical drawings, construction documents, and interdisciplinary coordination. The firm follows a four-day in-office work model with Fridays available for work elsewhere.
