The employer is hiring a Spot Welder for its metalworking production department. The role involves setting up and operating spot-welding and projection-welding machines, performing welding operations, reconfiguring equipment, conducting quality checks, preparing parts, recording work, and supporting shop-floor safety and process improvement. Candidates should have technical aptitude, attention to quality and safety, teamwork, and a willingness to learn; prior metalworking or welding experience is advantageous. The position is full-time on a permanent night shift, with an initial day-shift training period followed by a Monday–Thursday night shift.
