Description
Headlight is hiring a Spravato Program Clinician to provide mental health care, including reviewing medical histories, evaluating patients, identifying disorders, developing treatment plans, prescribing medications, analyzing medical tests, coordinating hospitalization, and advising patients. The role requires a medical degree, completed psychiatric residency, ABPN board certification, an unencumbered state MD license, an active DEA, psychotherapeutic knowledge, strong communication and observation skills, and EHR proficiency. It is a W-2 hybrid position requiring office work two to three days per week, with flexible 12–24 billable hours and benefits including sick pay, an EAP, and a 401(k) contribution.
