Description
The employer is hiring a full-time Custom Applicator & Operations Support Specialist to apply dry and liquid fertilizers, chemicals, and lime on customer fields, support agronomy and grain operations, handle inventory and product loading, maintain equipment and facilities, keep application and inventory records, and provide customer service. The role requires a commercial pesticide applicator license or ability to obtain one, a valid CDL with required endorsements and a current DOT physical, safety knowledge, mechanical aptitude, and attention to detail. Compensation is $55,000–$75,000 per year based on experience, with health, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
