Description
McKenney’s is hiring a Construction Co-op to support mechanical, plumbing, and building automation service and retrofit projects. The role involves coordinating vendors, scheduling work and labor, reviewing drawings and jobsites, preparing estimates and proposals, managing submittals and permits, and supporting account managers with purchasing, sketches, take-offs, and closeout documentation. Candidates must enroll in an accredited engineering or construction-management co-op program and complete at least two full-time alternating rotations, with the first rotation scheduled for Spring 2027 and the second for Fall 2027.
