McKenney’s is hiring a Safety Intern to support project safety efforts alongside Safety Specialists and Safety Managers. The role involves analyzing safety data with predictive AI, supporting root-cause analysis of injuries and near misses, walking jobsites and fabrication shops to identify hazards, and responding to project-related safety inquiries. Candidates must be currently enrolled in an accredited university and major in Risk Management, Occupational Safety, or a related field, with proficiency in Windows, Microsoft Office, web applications, and database software. Data analytics experience is preferred, and the role is primarily office-based with occasional jobsite visits.
