Description
The Custom Software Engineering Lead is responsible for owning the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions, leading design and delivery, and establishing development standards for code quality, scalability, and performance. The role focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance enterprise applications using Core Java, including collections, multithreading, networking, debugging, performance tuning, and application reliability. It requires at least five years of Core Java development experience, a 15-year full-time education, and is based at the Mumbai office.
