Description
HDR is hiring a Springfield Roadway Intern to support roadway and transportation planning projects under the guidance of senior engineers. The internship involves preparing technical reports, plans, specifications, and calculations; assisting with urban and rural roadway design and transportation planning across multiple modes; and applying standard engineering and planning techniques. Candidates must be enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate engineering program, demonstrate attention to detail and problem-solving and communication skills, and have basic Microsoft Office proficiency. HDR prefers candidates with two years completed toward their degree, a 3.0 GPA, relevant software knowledge, and local availability.
