The Fire Sprinkler Designer will design and layout fire sprinkler systems using AutoCAD-based CAD software, coordinate piping with building components, perform hydraulic calculations, interpret NFPA standards and construction documents, and support project delivery, permitting, inspections, and coordination with estimators, managers, AHJs, contractors, and other trades. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least five years of fire protection design experience or a fire sprinkler design degree, AutoCAD and Microsoft Office proficiency, and familiarity with industry codes; NICET certification and HydraCAD are preferred.
