Description
The Fire Protection Installation Apprentice assists a foreman installing wet, dry, pre-action, and deluge sprinkler systems and related piping, valves, and accessories for commercial and industrial applications. The role requires following safety procedures, maintaining documentation, working alternative shifts or weekends, performing physical labor, and completing Grinnell's approved apprenticeship program. Applicants need a high school diploma or equivalent, be at least 18, hold a valid driver's license, and be able to communicate in English. The hiring hourly range is $17.00–$20.00, with a competitive benefits package.
