The Store Supervisor supports Store and Assistant Managers at Sprinter stores in Sant Quirze or Terrassa by supervising store staff, maintaining customer-service and visual-merchandising standards, supporting sales targets, handling customer inquiries and complaints, assisting with onboarding and staff development, and completing daily management processes. The role requires retail people-management experience, strong time and communication skills, and Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel proficiency.
