SOCOTEC is hiring an SPS Coordinator in Le Mans to coordinate health and safety across multiple contractors on construction sites. The role manages CSPS projects from design through execution, conducts site visits, prepares coordination plans and logs, analyzes risks, verifies safety compliance, supports client retention, and contributes to project profitability. Candidates must hold a CSPS competency certificate, demonstrate risk-prevention and construction and public works knowledge, and have strong interpersonal, organizational, and IT skills. The fixed gross annual salary is €35,000 to €45,000, with business-development bonuses capped at two months’ salary per year.
