Description
The Technical Leader Tooling leads and coordinates toolmakers and other toolroom personnel, supervises repairs and engineering changes, troubleshoots manufacturing issues, supports quality and production workflows, and coordinates toolroom activities and training. The role requires Grade 12 or GED, a Tool & Die Maker qualification, five years of licensed Tool & Die Maker experience, and two years supervising a team. It is a regular permanent position at Karmax Heavy Stamping, involving rotating shifts, weekend overtime, and work in various manufacturing locations, with a base salary of $110,000 to $120,000 not including overtime.
