Description
Forvia is hiring an SQE Engineer to manage supplier performance across complex automotive projects, support buyer standards, and oversee supplier quality activities. Responsibilities include APQP and PPAP deployment, supplier process validation, incoming-material inspection guidance, supplier performance evaluation, technical change management, supplier audits, 8D review, and continuous improvement. The role requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent capability, a science or mechanical background, at least three years of automotive SQE experience, knowledge of IATF 16949 and quality tools, familiarity with automotive manufacturing processes, and the ability to travel; IATF 16949 or VDA 6.3 audit certification and CET-4 English are preferred.
