Description
ISCorp is hiring a SQL / Progress Database Administrator to administer, maintain, optimize, secure, and monitor Microsoft SQL Server and Progress OpenEdge database environments supporting private cloud infrastructure and application hosting. The role includes database installation and upgrades, backup and disaster recovery, performance tuning, scripting automation, integration support, troubleshooting, documentation, and on-call alert response. It requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and at least three years of hands-on enterprise database administration experience, with SQL Server and Progress OpenEdge expertise, operating-system knowledge, and scripting skills. The position is based at ISCorp’s Mequon, Wisconsin headquarters and includes health, dental, 401(k), and profit-sharing benefits.
