Description
The Data Engineer III will design, administer, and secure SQL Server database platforms across on-premises, Azure VM, and Google Cloud Platform environments. Responsibilities include database installation, performance tuning, high availability, disaster recovery, monitoring, backup and restore, capacity planning, cloud provisioning, and production on-call support. The role requires extensive SQL Server engineering and administration experience, advanced T-SQL, large-production-database management, Git-based change workflows, incident response, and experience with AI-driven troubleshooting and automation.
