Description
The role is responsible for building and operating highly available SQL Server databases, including migrations, patch management, monitoring, tuning, Always On Availability Groups, failover clusters, backups, recovery, and security. It requires professional Windows system administration experience, basic SQL Server support, practical knowledge of Always On failover clusters and Availability Groups, and solid PowerShell scripting skills. The position is based in Chemnitz or from the employee’s place of residence and offers flexible working hours, a home-office option, training, and other benefits.
