Xebia is hiring a SQL Server to PostgreSQL Migration Advisor to assess and prioritise improvements to a legacy SQL Server database, evaluate the feasibility of migrating to PostgreSQL, and define database observability and performance monitoring. The role requires strong SQL Server expertise, PostgreSQL migration assessment experience, production performance-optimisation experience, and familiarity with legacy ERP systems and Specification-Driven Development.
