The role covers squad management, project execution and quality, translating business objectives into Martech strategies, client relationship management, prioritization, and continuous improvement. Candidates need at least three years of experience in Martech, SaaS, or digital consulting with mid- to large-scale clients, plus two years of team management and squad leadership experience, along with advanced English proficiency.
