Monks is hiring a Senior Accountant in Bogotá, Colombia, in a hybrid arrangement. The role manages General Ledger maintenance, journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, month-end close, fixed assets, intercompany transactions, employee expenses, audit support, and related accounting workflows. Candidates should have at least five years of similar experience, a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, B2+ English proficiency, ERP and expense-management software experience, and strong accounting and Excel skills.
