FORVIA is hiring a Sr./Adv Engineer – Benchmarking & Engineering Insights in Bhosari, Pune, within the Engineering Quality department. The role leads automotive benchmarking activities across global and local platforms, including competitor teardown studies, feature/cost analysis, dashboard development, and preparation of reports and presentations to drive design robustness, innovation, and cost competitiveness. The position requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical or Automobile engineering and 6–8 years of experience in product development, benchmarking, or cost engineering in the automotive industry, with strong analytical, communication, and data visualization skills.
