Description
The role is responsible for routine testing, analysis, and characterization of thermal interface materials, phase change materials, PE wax and emulsions, PCTFE, LBA foam, fibers, refrigerants, and fine chemicals. It also develops analytical methods, supports R&D, customer service, NPI, sourcing qualification, manufacturing support, and technical issue resolution, while managing laboratory operations, HSE, LIMS, SPC, maintenance, chemicals, capital planning, and budgets. The position requires a master’s degree and at least six years of laboratory experience, with polymer chemistry, physics, material engineering, analytical or applied chemistry, and extensive testing expertise across the listed industries.
