Description
Parloa is hiring a Sr Agent Architect to design end-to-end solution architectures for enterprise AI Agent deployments, integrate Parloa’s platform with customer CRMs, ERPs, ticketing systems, and contact center platforms, and build reliable, scalable AI solutions. The role covers API and integration design, systems testing, customer workflow translation into LLM prompts and conversational flows, agent performance analysis, and documentation. Candidates need at least three years of enterprise customer-facing experience, strong systems and integration expertise, API and data-proficiency, and fluency in Italian and English.
