McKesson is hiring a Senior AI-First Full Stack Engineer to build production-grade healthcare applications for specialty pharmacy, patient engagement, provider services, and operational platforms. The role combines full-stack development with generative AI, including RAG, LLMs, AI agents, REST APIs, microservices, enterprise integrations, cloud-native solutions on Microsoft Azure, CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and Kubernetes. The engineer will own application architecture and production readiness, lead modernization and reliability improvements, and mentor engineers. The position offers a hybrid or remote work arrangement and a base pay range of $126,000 to $210,000.
