Mattel is hiring an AI Solution Developer to design, build, fine-tune, evaluate, and deploy production AI systems using foundation models and large language models. The role focuses on RAG architectures, vector databases, prompt engineering, guardrails, APIs, data pipelines, and integration with product and engineering teams.
