SimplePractice is hiring an AI Solutions Engineer to partner with GTM and G&A groups such as Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success on applied AI adoption. The role will develop AI adoption roadmaps, KPIs, prototypes, proof-of-concepts, and AI solutions that integrate external APIs and LLM design patterns into existing workflows, while reporting to the Head of AI Transformation and the functional owner. The position offers a base salary of $188,000–$215,000 USD, plus potential annual bonus or commission, and includes medical, dental, vision, retirement, leave, and other benefits.
