Description
Micron Technology is hiring a Senior Analog Design Engineer for its High Bandwidth Memory (HBM) team. The role owns the architecture, design, simulation, and silicon bring-up of high-performance analog and mixed-signal circuits used in HBM PHYs and supporting infrastructure, including high-speed transmitters and receivers, clocking, SerDes analog blocks, biasing, power delivery, and calibration circuits. The engineer will perform pre- and post-layout simulations, PVT and reliability analyses, layout reviews, design optimizations, and cross-functional collaboration. The position requires proficiency with SPICE-based simulators and advanced-node CMOS technologies, a master’s degree in Computer Engineering or a related field, and at least five years of hands-on analog or mixed-signal IC design experience.
