The Aerospace & Defense startup is hiring a Senior Analysis Mechanical Engineer to lead thermal and structural analysis for aerospace systems and hardware. The role covers finite element modeling, load-path development, structural sizing, thermal analysis, documentation, peer reviews, and validation through ground tests, flight data, and orbital performance. It requires strong FEM/FEA, thermal network analysis, and analytical problem-solving skills, along with experience in spacecraft or launch vehicle systems and proficiency with tools such as ANSYS Workbench, ABAQUS, and Python. The position requires extended hours and weekends and U.S. government export-authorization eligibility.
