Description
Gridline is hiring a Sr. Analyst, Client Success to support day-to-day account operations for its alternative investments portfolio. The role manages investor data and profiles, performs KYC/AML onboarding and ongoing compliance checks, handles complex client and transaction requests, resolves account and data remediations, and collaborates with Fund Ops, Compliance, Sales, and other teams. The position requires at least three years of relevant financial services, client support, or middle-office experience, knowledge of alternative investments, strong English communication, and the ability to use AI tools. It is part of the Philippines team and offers medical coverage, night differential pay, and a remote setup stipend.
