SC Johnson is hiring a Senior Demand Planning Analyst in Arese, Italy, to own end-to-end demand planning for a defined country or country-category portfolio within the Southern Cluster. The role develops forecasts, analyzes commercial and marketing assumptions, supports S&OP and new-product decisions, and communicates risks and opportunities to Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain stakeholders. It requires 3–5 years of demand planning or related supply chain experience, strong Excel and data-handling skills, ERP and planning-system experience, and preferably a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; FMCG experience is advantageous. The expected gross salary range is 41,460.00 EUR to 54,411.00 EUR, with possible profit sharing, short-term and long-term incentives, and benefits.
