United Airlines is hiring an Engine Maintenance Production Planning and Business Analyst to support scheduling, staging, and production flow for engine repairs and overhauls. The role monitors repair lots and production status, prioritizes work-in-progress, develops reports, identifies non-productive inventory, supports corrective and preventive actions, and provides guidance to maintenance production analysts. It requires a bachelor's degree or four years of relevant experience, at least three years of maintenance production planning and business analysis experience, SQL and data-visualization skills, MS Access and Excel, and knowledge of the UA EMS system. The base salary is $81,795 to $106,602, with bonus and long-term incentive compensation eligibility.
