Gridline is hiring a Sr. Analyst, Fund Operations to manage capital activity execution, transaction processing, and account reconciliations across its alternative investments portfolio. The role handles investor subscriptions, capital calls, distributions, trade bookings, transaction reviews, wire controls, cash and position reconciliations, cross-functional coordination, risk controls, process optimization, and ad hoc reporting. Candidates need at least three years of relevant fund operations or middle-office experience, alternative investments exposure, strong English communication, and the ability to use AI tools. The position is part of Gridline’s Philippines team and offers competitive salary, night differential pay, a remote setup stipend, and medical coverage.
