CIM Group is hiring a Senior Analyst to plan, coordinate, execute, and manage enterprise-wide human resources programs focused on community impact, diversity and inclusion, and employee engagement. The role manages project logistics, budgets, vendors, participation data, feedback, reporting, dashboards, and presentations while building stakeholder relationships and developing scalable processes. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree, at least three years of relevant HR experience, experience with geographically dispersed or hybrid audiences, and proficiency with Microsoft 365, project management, survey and registration tools, data reporting, and AI tools. The position is based in Los Angeles and offers a base salary of $90,000 to $120,000 plus bonus eligibility and comprehensive benefits.
