The Senior Analyst, Operational Excellence will lead process improvement initiatives, strengthen governance and accountability, and build Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions. The role applies Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma, root cause analysis, process mapping, KPI tracking, and operational controls to improve efficiency and support data-driven decision-making across a large organization. It requires a bachelor's degree, 3–5+ years of relevant experience, and advanced Power BI and DAX skills.
