PayPal is hiring a Corporate Real Estate & Facilities Financial Analyst in Scottsdale, Arizona. The role independently plans and executes operational processes, performs monthly financial analysis and actuals-to-forecast reconciliation, maintains CAPEX and OPEX forecasts and budget trackers, processes accruals and lease payments, oversees site-asset depreciation, maintains policies and audit trails, and delivers financial summaries to leadership. The position requires at least three years of relevant experience and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination, with familiarity with Visual Lease, Ariba, Claude, ChatGPT, and SAP preferred. The base pay range is $76,500 to $109,450 annually, with a balanced hybrid work model offering three office days and two flexible work days.
