United Airlines is hiring a Senior Analyst for its Ops Product Delivery Engagement Insights & Analytics team to support end-to-end change management across Air Ops. The role extracts and analyzes structured and unstructured data, develops KPIs and reports, manages engagement projects, facilitates process mapping, and recommends improvements to stakeholders. It requires a bachelor's degree, at least three years of analytical experience, three years of experience building relationships with leaders, strong analytical and presentation skills, and U.S. work authorization without sponsorship. The base salary is $81,795 to $106,602, with bonus and long-term incentive compensation eligibility and medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
