Baxter is hiring a Sr. Analyst, Payroll to maintain payroll and timekeeping systems, process employee timecards and payroll adjustments, close payroll, prepare reports, reconcile accounts, audit deductions, analyze compensation impacts, and support HR, Finance, and plant operations across multiple manufacturing sites in Puerto Rico. The role requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, 2–3 years of payroll or accounting experience, Workday or Kronos experience, strong analytical and Excel skills, and bilingual English-Spanish proficiency.
